Welcome to CasinoLaunchPro. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully before starting your casino launch journey.
1. Platform Access and Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate an online casino in your target jurisdiction. One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. This includes suspected fraudulent activity, violation of licensing requirements, or breach of these terms.
2. Service Description
CasinoLaunchPro provides a turnkey platform for launching licensed online casinos. Our service includes:
- Casino management software and infrastructure
- Game integration from licensed providers
- Payment processing solutions
- Licensing consultation and support
- Technical support and maintenance
We don't guarantee specific revenue outcomes or player acquisition results. Your success depends on multiple factors including your marketing efforts, jurisdiction regulations, and market conditions.
3. Licensing and Compliance
You must obtain and maintain all required gambling licenses for your operating jurisdictions. We provide consultation and documentation support, but you're ultimately responsible for regulatory compliance.
You agree to implement responsible gaming measures, age verification systems, and anti-money laundering procedures as required by applicable laws.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Failed payments may result in service suspension. You'll receive notice before suspension and opportunity to update payment information.
5. Intellectual Property
The CasinoLaunchPro platform, software, and documentation are our proprietary property. You receive a limited license to use our platform for operating your casino. This license doesn't include rights to resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our technology.
Game content is licensed from third-party providers. You must comply with their respective terms and conditions.
6. Service Limitations and Liability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We're not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical issues, or third-party failures.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you'll receive assistance migrating your player data and complying with data retention requirements. Certain provisions (confidentiality, liability limitations) survive termination.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting pricing or core services will be communicated directly via email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Malta Arbitration Centre rules.
